Rear speakers

My rear speakers are original and are starting to crack and pop. Would like to replace who makes a good replacement that is plug and play

Stock rears are 4x10’s, get a set of adapters and put in 6x9’s, one of the few places left that have the adapters is Mikes Montes.

I would get some 4x10 to 6x9 speaker adapters (which you could get through Vertex even if they don't advertise it on their site) and go with either

2) Great Bang for the Buck option: Incriminator Audio 6x9's with silk tweeters (they will have a nicer, softer sound and be more pleasant to the ears) for $110 = http://www.vertexaudio.com/Incriminator-Audio-I69-6-x9-Coaxial-p/ia-i69.htm

3) High End option/Audiophile choice: CDT Audio HD-series 6x9's with soft dome tweeters, and carbon fiber speaker cone material. These sound phenominal and will have great output when you amplify them. For the $200 price with free shipping, they are hard to beat. These things also use a 30oz motor compared to the other two 6x9's that use 10oz motors, so these speakers will definitely have some kick to them! As for an amplifier..
