rear sway bar options on a gnx?

Hello, does anyone know if the rear anti sway bar on a GNX is the same as a Grand National? was looking to upgrade to a umi performance front and rear.

I have one of the big 1 3/8" ATR sway bars on the back of my car and it fits fine.
