Rebuild kit

Does anyone know where I could find a rebuild kit for a stock turbo? Preferably off the net. I have my stock turbo that has been ported out on both sides but went to the pooper a while back. Had really bad shaft play. My buddy found a good stock turbo w/ no shaft play but the blades were all chewed up. Gonna transfer shafts from that turbo to my ported turbo etc. etc. You get the idea. TIA.
