rebuild or sell as is?

I just took the te62 turbo off of my car and put on a 66 the turbo was smoking when i took it off but there is no shaft play. Should i rebuild it or try to sell it as is. I know it is not going to bring much rebuilt

just put new seals in, its a joke to do will probably take all of 3 hours including time it takes to get turbo off car
