rebuilding conv

How much to rebuild a 12" conv? I have 2. First came from Conleys and has a cracked snout. Other came from Trans Crafters and snout has slight wear signs and l/up clutch slips/shudders under boost(5psi+) Both are 2800. The crafter would stall 2500 w/0 boost with foot brake on small radials.
Worth looking into or use as boat anchors??!!
