rebuilding engine help

ok i dont know a lot bout engines internals so please be gentle.i just took my engine out of my t-type it had over 150,000 on it. all original engine parts,still ran good but it was time.what should i replace,keep.how shoud i go about it? want to do low 11s. who has a good rebuild kit?

summit has a pretty good rebuild kit. they are available with or with out pistons. theyre about 500 bucks and come with everything you need.
