rebuilt or overhauled? 200r or 350turbo?

i have an 84 regal and the tranny slips. i've looked into purchasing a rebuilt or overhauled one. what's the difference? also, should i jus put the stock 200r or get a 350 turbo? its got the 3.8 litre v6 btw. thanks.

Do u have a TH-200C or the 2004R is it a v6 or olds 307 car,or a 3.8turbo.Th-350 are common much cheaper don't have od,can withstand good power when built,2004r are good too but cost more.

yea i made a mistake, its got the th200 in there now with the 3.8litre v6 engine. i found another used th200 for 600 bucks but i think i'm gonna look for a 350. the only problem is, is that i live on maui, i'll prolly have to get it from the mainland and its going to expensive to ship. thanks for ur help.
