Freshly rebuilt and dyno-tested GM TH-400 3-speed transmission w/9" 3500 stall converter
For sale is a ready to go, rebuilt and transmission-dyno-tested TH-400. Tranny came out of 1970 Chevelle with a competition small block. Rebuilding done by a well-respected transmission and motorsports shop in Rhode Island. Add your own tranny dipstick tube, fill it up and you are ready to go.
Here are the specifics:
Completely Inspected and Rebuilt
New clutches and bands
New gaskets
Full manual reverse shift pattern
Dyno test results:
200 psi in the valvebody
80 psi at the cooler at 3.5 gpm
300 psi reverse pressure.
Dyno Observations - nice and quiet crisp shifts.
Converter: used 3500 stall. Tranny and converter were previously installed in a 70s Chevelle.

will consider trades for certain parts: (i.e. front mount ic, gnx style rims, gn converter, large turbo, 70mm tb/doghouse)
