recent electrical issue

I recently swapped in a new kenwood cd/mp3 player in my gn and took out the older alpine. I hooked it up exactly the same , went to turn it on and at first had no power antenna going up, then lost all power to it. Tried everything and since then my gauges have no power, scanmaster has no power, security light that flashes went out and no interior lights. Seems like most of my fuse panel has no power, and all fuses are good. Has anyone ever replaced the entire panel?thanks

Did you check your fusable links coming from the starter that complete the circuit? Does your engine check lights come when turn your ignition forward?
