red/orange ecm wire at battery broke .where can i get a replacment?

yes it came off at that black plastic fusible link not the plug it self. where can i get one i tried 2 auto parts no go .thanks in advance .or how can i fix it ?

that plastic isnt the fuse, the flexible wire is , the plastic is just a cover for the splice point , just strip the wire ends and put a butt connector on there

is there a fusible link in there or i dont need that black inline fusible link.?
