refill?

i am thinking about getting an alku injec. kit but i was just wondering how often do i have to refill it. it seems like it would b a great thing to have on the street i was just wanted to find out the answer to this question before i go out and buy the system thanks everyone

You only pump out alky. when the boost is over your 9-10 psi. turn on point for most cars.

You have to ask yourself, self, when on the street just exactly how much time am I over 10psi.?

Not very often on my daily driver. Once or twice a day for brief moments.

My stock 1/2 gallon SMC tank lasts a week in the summer and two weeks in the winter. It's never empty when I fill it.

Obviously you need more when racing.

$10 a gallon roughly for denatured alky. I mix mine about 50/50 with water so it doesn't cost too much.

i run around 15 psi on the street on a usual basis.

If you’re running 15 lbs don’t bother using the alcohol. If you intend to run 20 it’s a great alternative to expensive fuel. I am about a once a week fill up myself. From what I can tell you have a pretty stock setup so alcohol probably shouldnt be one of your first investments.

car has alot of mods blcok is bored .30 over with forged pistons,te-44 turbo-3 inch atr downpipe,mafpipe,ls1 maf sensor,adjustable fuel regulator,along with others and on the way within the next couple of weeks will be injectors and a front mount

Sounds like it would be fine with the gallon optional bottle.

Oh yea your ready for it. I assumed since you were running at 15 lbs that it had no mods. Start moving that boost up slow until you get the alcohol set right.
