Remote Oil Cooler?Filter Questions?

I'm thinking about dumping the radiator oil cooler on my son's car. Enlighten us on what options we have on either one or both. thx matt

I just finished this swap yesterday. I used both a tranny and engine oil cooler. Nothing running through the radiator except water.

Summit has lots of oil coolers - check them out.

I just fabricated a mount with four studs, welded it to the frame under the battery, and bolted on an Earl's 41008 - it comes with -8 AN fittings.

Need two 90* -8 AN hose ends for the oil cooler end; this, of course, depends on the location/orientation of the cooler.

For the stock Oil Cooler Adapter/Filter Housing: I used a sweet hose end that also has the NPT to -8 fitting needed for the oil cooler adapter. Earl's 824588, 45* 1/2" NPT to -8 Hose. And it a swivel 45* so I hope it makes it easy to plumb the hose to the cooler.
