Do you want to remove fluid because the level is too high or are you trying to change the fluid without removing the pan?
You can run a hose down the dipstick tube and siphon or pump fluid out of the pan.
You can remove the cooler lines at the radiator. Put rubber hose on the ends and start the engine to pump fluid out. Get 2 5gl. buckets pour about 8-10 or so quarts in 1 bucket and mark the level then pour the fluid in to the other bucket. Stick the cooler return line/bottom line on trans in the bucket that has the fluid and the cooler feed/top line on trans in the empty bucket with the mark. When the fluid level touches the level mark in the bucket stop the engine and clamp the hoses off. Reattach lines, start engine and check/top off your fluid level.
When you drop the pan to change the fluid there's still some in the converter and passages that doesn't come out.
