Replacing CHIP ..Should i have The lockup convertor burnt in the Chip?

Ordering New Turbo Tweek Chip Should i have the convertor lock up burnt in the chip say at 100 mph. It has ta 49 with alky 42.5 daily driver.

I went back and looked. It's settable by the user in his 6.0 Chip but not the 5.6 chip.
