Is there anyway of getting a reproduction option decal made from a VIN #? I'm looking at a car without one on the trunklid....

TIA
Dave

Thanks U.P. ;) - I'm looking at a pretty clean 87 White T - and was hoping there was a service that could look up my VIN and tell me what the option codes were on the car - then have the decal made...

I did a carfax and it's clean and the miles check (136k >> 6,000 since 2000)

Regards,
Dave

This is the car, I may just grab it... the asking price is very reasonable ($7,000)

I use GM historical services in Canada. I've gotten no where with GM of USA over the years! You can contact George Zapora at: (905) 440-7618 or (905) 440-7644

He should be able to give you a breakdown on the vin & all the available info on record from GM. Great guy & a great service he provides.

THAT'S WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR - THANKS U.P. - NICE JOB!!

Hey Dan - Yeah, it has GN front seats installed. The shredded originals are included with the car... I kinda like the GN seats (it's power), if I buy the car I'll redo the carpet in black and find a matching GN rear seat...

I need to find someone able to do an Astro Roof Headliner for me first... sigh

Still got that nice little Ford "convertible" ;)
