Reputable Local Machine Shop

I'm building a spare engine for my GN and am looking for a machine shop in the Seattle Area. I need someone who knows these engines to balance, bore, install billet main caps etc. Another question, when or at what stage is a girdle required? I would rather spend the money now if needed. I'm also looking for advice on choice of a cam - non roller. Hopeing to make low 11's.

Is where the local fast guys have their machine work done. Also, I dont think you will need the girdle for your goals.
