restoration question/original headlights

hey guys. did a search but I want to make sure. the original headlights both low and high were GUIDE and that brand only for an 87 GN or was there any other headlight used. also is there a source for reproduction GUIDE lamps. I have a 12k GN that I'm correcting a few things and wanted to be sure. the high beams in my car are guide the low beams are GE right now. I'm betting the ge were replacements at one time. thanks. vinny
