Wow great find, thanks for sharing. It's funny to see him look so much younger.

Wow, I feel so dumb now since I've read that. I thought my system was impressive because the volume dial goes to 11. :( :notworthy:

here is an interesting tidbit concerning Richard and audio from my past. It was the early 1990s when I was buying and selling Turbo Regals. I was buying one that had a fancy stereo in it and was at a stereo shop with the seller as he was having the shop remove it from the Grand National as I wanted it stock.

While I was waiting I placed a call to Richard about something and the shop owner over heard me say Richard Clarks name. He asked me by any chance was it Richard Clark of audio fame. I said yes that is who I was talking to. The shop owner was amazed that I knew Richard Clark. I then said I can call him back and you can talk to him. I then called Richard back and the shop owner had a good talk with him. Made his day!!!!!

Another time I was at some BMW banquet and the conversation got on audio and I happen to mention I knew Richard Clark and it so happened at the table was a BMW owner that competed against him at some event.....

Last story I got on Richard Clark...

Back when he started the zddplus project I spoke one year at the Studebaker National event held in Lancaster PA. Don't laugh Studebaker has a HUGE FOLLOWING.

The event was well orgainzed....I was scheduled to speak at 9 am so I figured I would be lucky if I had like 15-20 people at my talk since nobody in the group would have ever heard of me. Only common thread I had with the group was I have owned several STudebakers...turns out over 100 people were in the meeting for my talk....I was amazed.

During the course of my talk I mentioned Richard Clarks name after the seminar this guy comes up to me....talk about a small world here he went to school with Richard in Maryland and Richard was best man at his wedding. I put him in touch with Richard so they could talk about old times....
