right front fender rubbing

Everytime i hit a dip my front right fender rubbs aginst the fender. I've replaced the shocks (Bilsteins) and all the bushings under the front end. Everything feels tighter and it handles much better, but it still rubs when i hit a dip.

any tips?

my car is at the stock height, and I have 235/60 15 on the front. I think i have 255 on the rear but there isn't a clearence problem back there.

I put on new springs from Advance Auto, between $60 and $70. It raised my front end 3". My front springs were shot. Also added shocks and poly bushings on the sway bar. It made a huge difference.
