Right Turn Signal Indicator not working

All my turn signals work on car, and the left indicator on my digital dash works but the Right indicator isnt coming on at all but the turn signals outside the car are working. What should I look at first???

the bulb in the cluster.. does it work when you turn on the hazards?

no the right indicator doesnt work when hazards are on but the left one does.
