how do you hook up the rjc boost controller to a hot air since the wastegate has 2 ports and an intercooled car has 1 ?

This is how mine is plumbed...

Mine comes from the boost source on the scroll of the compressor housing, but any boost source will work. I then run that directly to the inlet side of the rjc valve. At the adjusted boost level the ball bearing will be lifted off of its seat and the boost pressure will be allowed to flow through the valve and into the wastegate.

Mine is plumbed into the right hand side chamber. Think about it like this... once the boost control valve opens, you want the wastegate to push open the puck in the elbow / dp to bleed off boost. So you put it on the right hand side so the diaphragm inside the wastegate will be pushing the wastegate arm open. Put the boost hose from the rjc on the wrong side and youll see how fast these cars can peg a 30lb boost gauge.

Hope this helps,

Jerry jr.
