i have the controller turned all the way in and i am getting 26 psi max on a cpt 66 turbo....would like to be able to crank higher...28-30 psi range....does he have a stiffer spring, or should i find one at a hardware store?

Stretch it or turn the wastegate rod tighter. Worked for me
i was thinking about stretching it....tightening the actuator didn't make much difference before i turned the controller all the way in, so i don't know if it will now.....

Adding washers sounds like a good idea. I recently installed an rjc boost controller and I think I read somewhere that it was good up to 26psi.

It says that, but i think it is lower or it fluctuates with heat from compressor. I only got to 22psi and went to fleet farm and got a stiffer and longer spring.

thanks for the tips...i think i'll try the washers...sounds like a good idea...

I never ran out of spring on mine...sometimes I would turn it up and the boost wouldn't go up but I'd throw another turn into the actuator and it would climb, the backpressure was just blowing it open...this was up around 28-30 psi.
