rjc boost controller?

i have one of these on my car and i works very good spools up really quick but the problem i am having is that i cannot get the boost over 15psi what am i doing wrong here?

If there is no further adjustment with the controller, turned all the way in, you may have to very carefully pull the spring apart a LITTLE to make the tension higher, then try it again. I took mine apart before I installed it, just curious, put it back together the way it came apart had 16#. Two full turns, I think, maybe more and I had 20 psi

i did the same thing had 14# all the way in so i took it apart and pulled the spring a little now i get 14# all the way out and the skies the limit from there and also OCTANE!!!!!
