rocker arms

i'm putting new rocker arms on and when i checked the local parts stores they list a left and right rocker arm,but when looking at the rocker arms on my car they look identical.is there any difference between them?thanks.

The difference would be in the exhuast and intake. If you get a complete rocker arm shaft they should be the same part number for left or right.
