Probably not why are you going to try to remove it? If it is locktight it will melt quickly with a torch, You can grab the tail that is sticking up with a pair of needle nose and carefully try to unwind it & try to spiral it out counter clockwise while lifting up, or you can get a small sharp chisel and right where the lifted thread meets the head, give it a shot with a metal hammer and it will scribe that single thread, then grab the tail with a pair of needle nose and work the tail back-and-forth without pulling it out of the head, it will break right where you scribd it. Have patience when you're bending back-and-forth you don't want to distort that thread, there's not much supporting it, also when you're scribing the top thread make sure the chisel doesn't touch the second thread underneath.
