roller cam (bearing)question

i was reading another thread on ductile iron roller cams that said you dont need to machine anything to install. but, what about a billet roller cam? will the stock cam bearings work? or do i need something special? plz

They all take the same cam bearings---billet roller, flat tappet or ductile iron. The billet roller will need some lathe work on the end as well as some special hardware.
