SignUp Now!I have to agree. These were developed with Red Armstrong and some others for maximum flow. I have the 212/206 cam.The 224 billet roller weber sells is a great 3 bolt cam. It requires a good spring as it is an aggressive grind. Run with travel limited lifters or solids lashed tight. I ran 8.94@152 with this cam and a 3 bolt turbo at 26psi. Still running this cam in fact.
What spring pressure are you running. I actually have this can now. LolThe 224 billet roller weber sells is a great 3 bolt cam. It requires a good spring as it is an aggressive grind. What do you mean bison?I've seen at least 3 had roller cams that could be called "224" and we're all different.

I mean if you look in the master lobe catalog you could pick out at least 3 different lobes that would fall into the same grouping based on posts here though the spring requirements are a lot different. All "cam cards" timing info is generated by a formula and isn't specific to the actual lobe. 3314 and 3192. Both 224@.050" but worlds apart as far as setup requirements. What do you mean

The lobes in this family were all introduced for a small block Chevy journal. Not sure why they wouldn't be designed for a buick journal if Red Armstrong was involved.I have to agree. These were developed with Red Armstrong and some others for maximum flow. I have the 212/206 cam.
