roller tipped stock style replacement rockers??

just was looking around some catalogs and thought to myself how come no one i know of has these but i could be wrong?? i have seen stock style stamp steel rocker arms with roller tips on them as a cheap upgrade for other motors. does anyone make these for a buick or are we left with either stock rockers or aftermarkter ones like harland and t&d?? i would think that just by adding some roller tips to the edge of the stock rocker arms would help something somehow
