Roller valve springs...do you keep the spring cups or not?

Getting ready to change out my valve springs on my stock heads to my roller springs. Does the spring cup (that's what I'm calling it) stay or go? Going with a 206/210 roller.

Id verify the installed heights and dont run cups. Shim as needed. If you are running more than about .450 lift you will need to cut the exhaust guide castings down.
