Rookie exhaust question

Has anyone here ever used Supertrapp mufflers on their TR? Just curious.

Mufflers that use reflected pressure waves for sound cancellation have more backpressure and therefore less performance potential that straight thru, low backpressure designs. If you run the super trap "open" it would work good, but in that case it really isn't a "muffler".

Yes, and besides the loss in performance they are just plain butt ugly!!!

I've seen a set of these on a T/R, and it might as well have been a ricer. Jeeezzz it was ugly.
