I finished putting in a new 3.8 N/A into my Cutlass and it idles rough, had carb adjusted by someone that knows his stuff and he thinks it's possible in the valve train. anyone have problems like this or know where to start too look?

Also had thoughts of converting to fuel injection would a newer 3.8 intake bolt onto an older one? where would one find info on what all would be neccessary? is it worth the effort?
