RPM Shifts

For those of you who have factory heads, cam, and block what rpm are you able to get out of your car? If it’s in drive and you let it shift on its own at WOT what rpm will it shift (1 to 2)? A friend of mine on what we beleive to be a stock motor gets 5500 where I can barely get 4900.

i get about 4900-5000 for the 1 to 2, then the 2 to 3 i get about 5100. From what I've been told the stock motors start falling off power-wise just above that anyway, but then again, ive never had my car on the dyno to know where the peak is.
