Running real bad at low rpms

So my buick is running great with my foot in it but when cruising in town at 25 - 35 miles a hour it feels like it might stall out. Like its getting no gas or more so like its running out of gas...

Fuel Pump?

I just installed new computer and turbo took it for a 2 hour drive last weekend and she ran sweet but trying to go the grocery store I turned around afraid it would stall out..

Any ideas from the pros?

I really want to work out the bugs to make it a reliable and powerful driver!

I love this GN but I am a complete novice to them. My Chevelle has a carb those are easy!
