SBC 200r4 mating questions

Guys,
I have an 87 camaro with a 383 in it. The car still has/had the stock T5 5spd tranny in it. Long story short, tired of replacing clutches and the flywheel needs resurfaced AGAIN. I am not going with a 700r4 for various reasons.

I'm looking to put the 200r4 in but will need a flexplate, the 383 is externally balanced though. My questions are, which vehicle do I get a flexplate from? An 87 Monte SS? and then have it balanced to match my current flywheel?

A flexplate for a 400 chevy

will work.

Yeah what blackplague said..

if you have a 383 stroker then you have a 400 crank in it and a flexplate from one will work fine.
