scan master no directions

WTF... I ordered a scan master from aggressive and it arrived today in a shipping box. The scan master was wrapped in news paper with a wire sticking out. No directions, no new box, case or anything. It has another wire out of it with a crimped connector and a cut wire on one end like it came out of a car then shipped to me. Is this how they come?

you should have got directions.i think you can get them on ramchargers website.

You've obviosly gotten a used unit sent to you. I've never seen or heard of them shipped that way.
Time to get your money back and go to a better vendor.

I got mine from full throttle using buy it now off of ebay. it came packaged and with very good directions.

don't feel bad though i got a billet adjustable FPR from aggressive(same one kirbans sells and it shows a pic with some directions on kirbans website) and i got nothing but the adj. fpr.

I ordered one from Full Throttle too, and it came very well packaged. Yours is definitely used. I would be highly pissed, and sending it back, no doubt.

I bought mine over-the-counter at Ramchargers last Friday and it came in a clear zip-lok bag with instructions and no connectors. All of the others they had in the display case were packaged the same way.
