ok guys i got a question

i need to get my car tuned, and i want to buy a scanmaster tuner

well i just wanted to know, can you use a scanmaster on a hot air national, if the ecm has not been changed yet

i am going to upgrade in the upcoming months to the 87 ecm and maf sensor.

i just wanted to know if i can use my scanmaster before i upgrade.
because i dont want to plug it in, and short soemthing out and make more problems for myself


if it can be used on a 84/85 ecm, what kind of data can you get from it, as opposed to the intercooled ecm?

nope,gotta change to the 87 ecm before it'll work.

I think the only thing that worked was the Coolant temp. Then again, it's been a while since I tried.
