I had a question regarding the O2 sensor reading on the scanmaster when I first start the car it's in the 3 to 400 range once I start driving and shoots up to the 8 mid 846 range is that normal? Any help would be appreciated thanks just want to make sure I'm not running too rich i'm not too sure what the reading should be though

What you described is normal. What you don't want is to be below 750 or so while standing on it at the top of 3rd gear.

Okay thank you the car runs excellent but it just smells a little rich so I wasn't too sure but I have not had any problems I just picked it up about a week ago so just wanted to make sure everything was good and I'll read up on it also thanks for reply

If it lives in the mid 8 range then it could indeed be a little fat.

Yet seems to be in the mid to 800 range but it does drop down some but it does tend to stay around there do you think that it can be an O2 sensor needs changed or just retuning of the scan-master maybe

One way to check your 02 sensor is to look at your Cross Count (cc) during normal driving (not idle), engine warm. It should jump up 10-40 counts every 1.5 seconds (faster if you have a fast update patch). If your cc's move much slower than that then the 02 sensor is suspect.

First things first though, what chip do you have? And what is your fuel pressure set at with the vacuum line off? Fuel pressure for a TurboTweak chip should be 43psi (vacuum line off).

To be honest I'm not too sure about the car how it sits but I do believe it has a turbo to chip in it I'm not sure of the specs though is there way that I can find out exactly what it has

No problem. This might be a good time to take a step back and make sure you don't beat on the car until you figure out your current state of tune and what mods you have. Others may have a different opinion but this is what I would recommend:

1. Read, read, read...then read some more. Here is a good place to start:
http://www.turbobuick.com/forums/threads/info-for-new-turbo-regal-owners.380856/ it also covers how to access your ECM so that you can find out what chip you have...very important. The search function comes in handy as questions come up. If you can't find answers on your own there is lots of knowledge here, just ask.

2. Post all your scan numbers in idle (a/c off) after a good warmup. From this we can get insights on your current state of tune and can better help you.

3. As you figure out what mod's your car has put them in your signature. That way the people trying to help you can see what you're working with and don't have to ask all the time and you don't have to answer the same questions.

That should be enough to get you started. Hope this helps a little.
