Scanmaster 2.1 chip

I've got a 2.2 scanmaster that I bought used, but I'm looking for a 2.1 chip. A friend wants to buy my powerlogger, but we both have 2.2 chips, so my box won't work without the PL. Anybody have one? Not the whole thing, just the chip. Thanks!
