I'm curious to know if the scanmaster ever shipped and a tracking number for it. The person who bought it (turbochuck) from you sent paypal but has yet to receive the unit. Further, he states that he's emailed/pm'd several times with no response. Finally, he's had to resort to asking for a refund.

I personally assisted this individual in TB membership and advised him that I've never had an issue with anyone on this board with regards to buying used items. I hope I'm not wrong.

Please see what you can do to remedy this situation.
