Scanmaster 3.0 (how does it work)

Greetings,
I am a new GNX owner. My car has several upgrades including the Scanmaster 3.0. I do not have the owners manual with it. How does it work? What are the numbers telling me when I scroll through the data? Do I need a decoder ring to know what each indication means?

there is a chart in the manual that breaks down the abbreviated display letters to what they are for
