Scanmaster code #15. Coolant temp. Too low

OK what temp is the car supposed too run at ? Have an adjustable thermostatic switch for electric fan set to 190 degrees. Have scannmaster g with TT 5.7 chip .

Had a similar issue. Turned out is was the Power Logger connection. I was lazy with cleaning the terminals so the PL wasn't seated properly, once fixed all the weird codes went away.
