ScanMaster Lights up but doesn't Turn on after Engine Starts

I have a ScanMaster. I recently installed speakers and now the scanmaster isn't working. It lights up when I turn the ignition key but then when I turn the car over it shows no readout what so ever.

Any thoughts?

Your data line must have gotten disconnected (white wire)

Where should the white wire be connected to?

Connect the White wire to the serial data signal at the ALDL connector under the dashboard. This signal is pin E, top row, second from the left. Either use a .125 blade spade connector, or crimp/splice to the orange wire going to pin E.
