scanmaster question

I have a 87 t type single spray alky, maf translator cold air, 455 walboro, 80lb inj. I belive, stock turbo elec. cutoff. etc etc. but when im under WOT my 02 MV reads around 823-865, not a single degree of knock, besides under serious highway races it'll go to 0.04, but when im at idle its around 840 but it bounces around like crazy when i drive it normal it'll bog down at an idle also, it goes down to 52, 74 and low 80's in the MV, again no knock,13.7-14.7 a/f 40 fuel press. goes up 1:1 in sync, im lost as hell and could use some guidance from the pros here.
