Screws for Clips for Wire Harness Conduit Loom

Hello

This may be an odd search, but I am looking for some screws that hold the clips to the wire loom that runs under the hood, and the passenger side under the heater box.

I was taking some parts out to detail them and one of the screws that was attached to the ac lines decided to fall out of the socket.

Are there any spares or repros out there? Or if anyone has any to sell
