Here are some seat belt buckle and B-pillar covers. I have the triangle shaped ones for the B-pillar in gray, burgundy, tan, sand gray,dark blue and 2light gray ones. The buckle covers are gray and 1 dark blue one. The cluster of 3 pieces are off colors but any of these pieces can be painted to match with the trim spray paint from Gbodyparts to an exact match. They are $10 each or $15 for a pair. Mailing in a bubble envelope is a flat $3 in the lower 48.
