seat belt stuck

can anyone tell me what i have to do to fix my drivers seat belt. its pulled all the way out and its stuck there. thanks in advance.

on the reteractor there is a weight that locks the belt in event of a crash. you will have to take off the interior piece that the belt goes into. there is a weight that most likley is stuck and has to be free to move. if it is rusty then you will have to replace it.
