Brother NJ, I've seen exactly what you're talking about, but don't have a link handy at the moment.

If anyone has checked your credit files without your signed authorization...they're in some big-time trouble.

There was a sales guy up front of our dealership that went South. I was told by my owner that he was useing customers SS numbers and well other things and getting credit cards. Remember we have TRW and all the other goodies up front to run peoples credit. I know i saw it somewhere just cannot seem to find it on-line. I thought it was a good idea, yes he is in big trouble however by the time people found out their credit was wrecked!!!!!!
