i think your talikg about the 1/2 accumlator spring in the alum. housing. im talking about the valvebody.
 
Ok now that the instructions are in front of me let me make sure we're on the same page. You said not to use the tight wound spring that Transgo says to put on the low valve that butts up to the 1-2 TV shift valve. That's all I'm doing differently in the valve body compared to Transgo's instructions right?

you got it! no need to take that valve out! i learned this the hard way!
 
Lol, thanks for all your help. One last thing- you said install the alum plug and drill hole F to .110''. According to my directions hole F is the one I plug. The one next to F gets drilled to .110'' (hole BR). Does that sound right?
