Mine didn't like to be adjusted after the first key on. Chip is programmed to enter closed loop idle at temp the very first time the key has been turned on since the ecm was reset so it can learn the idle blm and adjust for open loop at next key on. I had to reset the ecm, start the car, let it warm up, adjust it, turn the car off and then re-start the car to check how it runs after a couple of mins, usually fine. As long as you're close to the recommended range and the car doesn't die when you come off the throttle you're good. Some cars are tough to get perfect.
