:banghead::banghead: I'm trying to set the iac I've read over and over about this and it seems to be a real PITA.
The cars sounds great if I throttle it a bit but when I let off the gas and rpm drop to 900 it stumbles and dies out I have to keep rpm at around 1200 and it stays running. Recent mods: TT chip,ls1 maf, translator and an ac Delco iac I will post sm readings next, thanks for your time and help

Scanmaster readings:
02: 19
Af: 07
Bl: 128
Clt: 117
Rpm: 800
Tps: .42
Iac: 50-15
Then it dies

I just adjusted my IAC two days ago. it's cake once your find it (behind the throttle body under the vacuum lines) and recover the torx bit you drop. your IAC value should be right between 20 and 25. adjust a little bit at a time. Maybe 1/8-1/4 of a turn at most. let it all settle down for a few seconds and go check your scanmaster. if i remember right clock wise decreases your value and counter increases.

start there and then check your TPS at idle and WOT.

My iac reads 0 at idle is there something else wrong?
